Q. Do I have to be at my house
when someone comes?
A. It is always preferable for us to meet
with you to assess all areas of your home that may impact the accuracy
of your estimate. Understanding your concerns and needs will allow us to
better meet your expectations.
Whether or not we meet with you, we
can mail, e-mail or FAX the completed estimate to you.
Q. Can someone give me an estimate
over the phone?
A. The only way we can provide an accurate
and professional estimate is to visit your home or business to gather all
job details.
Q. How soon will I have my estimate
...?
A. Normally, we can complete roof, siding,
window & skylight estimates within 48 hours. Occasionally, we need
to research material options which takes more time.
If you provide us with a FAX number
or e-mail, we can get your estimates to you quicker than with standard
post office mail service.
